Stepping up from the RibCore Polystyrene Core and 3mm skins offered in the Classic36, the premium range gets a higher density solid EPS polystyrene core, thicker 4mm or 4.75mm skins, a larger internal timber frame and a longer pine lock block.

• Either 4mm (Premium38) UV pre sealed MDF skins, give the door more impact resistance, more rigidity and most importantly, a more reliable surface to apply higher level paint finishes.
• The high density solid EPS polystyrene core, is the highest density polystyrene core on the market. This higher density, coupled with 100% surface lamination gives the Premium range extremely high impact resistance and the very best thermal insulation available, with an R value of 0.88. This 0.88 insulation R value is 5x better than a paper core.
• 20% larger pine rails and stiles, increase the doors overall strength, integrity, rigidity and weight.
